We collect the name, email address, telephone number, organisation, contact preference and message you provide, together with the aircraft and service you enquire about. We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements and arrange the services you request. The form marks required fields; without contact details and the relevant enquiry information we may be unable to help. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
We process enquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing customer relationships. We also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations or handle legal claims. We do not use the website enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
Our authorised team handles enquiries using Jotform for forms and Capsule for customer relationship management. Hosting, email and other service providers process information to operate these services. We share relevant details with aircraft owners, inspection providers or other service partners only when needed to handle your requested service, and with professional advisers or authorities where required. You can contact us about the recipients relevant to your enquiry.
Some service providers operate internationally. Where information is transferred outside the UK, appropriate transfer arrangements are required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. We review unsuccessful enquiries after 24 months and delete information no longer needed. Where an enquiry leads to a transaction, or a legal obligation or dispute requires information to be kept longer, we retain the relevant records for that purpose. The period depends on the transaction, applicable record-keeping requirements and any unresolved claim.
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visitor sources, pages used, aircraft interest and contact actions. It is loaded only if you accept analytics. You can reject analytics and still use our site and enquiry form. Use the Privacy choices button to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
We remember your privacy choice in your browser for six months. If accepted, Google Analytics may store cookies beginning with _ga for up to six months. Our tracking excludes enquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message text. Google also processes technical information needed to provide its service. See Google’s privacy policy.
When you choose to open our enquiry form, Jotform provides it and may use technologies needed for form operation and abuse prevention. Links to third-party websites are covered by their own policies.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy where applicable. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
